• You can use OSCAR® Vegetable Fond in soups and sauces, for braised dishes or in court bouillon – you can also try seasoning your risotto with OSCAR® Vegetable Fond Concentrate.
• Use it for cold dishes, e.g. vinaigrettes, dressings or for marinating vegetables.
• Ingredients: Vegetable fond 49% (water, onion, carrot, leek, CELERIAC, fennel, salt, thyme, lovage, bay leaf, black pepper), rehydrated vegetable powder 18,5% (onion, parsnip, parsley root, leek, mushroom, carrot, tomato, garlic), salt, sugar, flavourings, modified starch, vinegar, parsley extract, stabiliser, (xanthan gum).
