• OSCAR® Chicken Fond Concentrate provides a good versatile base with an incredibly authentic taste of boiled chicken. 
• Use it in your soups and sauces, e.g. in a classic sauce blanquette with roasted guinea fowl breast or in your stews such as chicken fricassee. 
• You can use OSCAR® Chicken Fond Concentrate directly for cold dishes, e.g. in a chicken salad or in a classic curry dressing for your Club Sandwich.
• Bottle with 1 l of concentrate, gives up to 51 l of fond.
• Ingredients: Chicken fond 69% (water, concentrated chicken fond, chicken extract powder, salt), salt, flavourings, sugar, modified starch, onion powder, vinegar, white pepper, stabiliser (xanthan gum).
