• OSCAR® Signature Chicken Fond is made from chicken bones and gives a lovely intense chicken fond with lots of meaty flavour.
• Our chicken fond gives you a variety of possibilities; you can use it as a base for soups and sauces where you do not necessarily need the roasted flavour. 
• You can also reduce our chicken fond and use it in a cold cream, e.g. in a mayonnaise for chicken salad. Made with 2,3 kg chicken bones per 1 l fond.
• Ingredients: Water, Chicken bones, carrot, onion, parsnip, salt, black pepper, clove, rosemary, thyme.
