• This medley of mushrooms is the perfect addition to any meal.
• A delicious mix of Oyster, Shiitake & Porcini Mushrooms, dried to provide a more intense flavour than fresh mushrooms.
• Simply soak in freshly boiled water for around 10 minutes, then drain and add to stir-fries, pasta dishes or risotto
• Ingredients: Boletus Mushroom (40%), Oyster Mushroom (30%), Shiitaké Mushroom (25%), Porcini Mushroom (5%).
